A week ago I said I wasn't going to spend a lot of money drinking. Then last night happened. Bourbon, tequila, rum, Irish Car Bombs, Fosters... There was also a lot of water. Hydration, ya know? So that was it. I know I can have fun without drinking so much. It's also nice to not feel like a zombie in the morning.
Those Irish Car Bombs, while they are a desecration of Guinness, are pretty damn tasty.
Chuddy-
I am afraid it may be too late. The filtration systems were severely compromised early this afternoon. The gerbils, having somehow acquired small scale scuba gear, are beyond containment. We can only hope Operation J.E.L.L.-O will be successful.
Damn the acid.
A special blend of juices.
I'm spending too much damn money. Sushi tonight. $22 I could have put in the bank. Or, I could have gone to Wally World, bought $22 worth of stuff to make at home. Chicken, fish, spices, veggies. A six pack. My goal, for the rest of April, is no more fast food, no more sushi, no going out spending 30 or 40 bucks drinking. I bet I feel better, in more ways than one.
So they cut hours at work this week. All I got was Friday off. Cool, three day weekend, but that's money I need. Oh well. My big plans for my extra day off yesterday were napping, playing some xBox, watching the Masters, napping... But then I decided to clean a little first. Vacuum, dust, damn the kitchen is a little dirty, oh the dishwasher needs emptying, look at all the dog hair on the sofa, lets vacuum that off... Ahhh, clean home. All before noon, as well. Okay, time for some internet. Wait, phone call. Hey! It's my friend, Paul. Paul is moving into my same apt. complex and has requested some help. I feel like chilling, but Paul helped me move so I owe him, and besides, it's been a while since I have seen him. I helped Paul move from his rather ghetto apartments, down on Warmsprings and something, to building six, just a short walk from where I now sit. He was going to go look for houses today, but I'm not sure that happened.
Macaroni Grill's Tiratini, mmmmmm...
Excuse me whilst I drink tequila from the bottle.
I wish I had gone to see Jet at The Joint last weekend. (I said are you gonna be my girl)
Paul gave me some nice golf clubs he was going to throw out. Three and five woods and a driver. I know how to swing a club, I want to get better, but I can find no one to go to the driving range with me. You want to go, shoot me an email.
Time to focus more attention on Robin Hood as played by Kevin "Waterworld" Costner. Laters.
